Registration

We are pleased you have decided to enroll your child at Chicora Elementary. We are also excited to continue serving our returning students. The district has aimed to make the registration process as easy as possible for all families with a web-based student registration, including the option of document uploads.

Please note, that the registration process is not complete until the school reviews and approves all registration forms and required documents.  Required documents may be uploaded or delivered to the school.

Completing annual registration is essential as it allows schools to obtain your most up-to-date information, including emergency contacts and student medical updates.

The school will contact you if additional information is needed.  

Those without the ability to register online will need to to register in person at Chicora Elementary. The front office staff will be available to help Monday-Thursday from 7:30-3:00.

The following items will be needed for registration:

  • Registration Application
  • Birth Certificate
  • Current Lease or Property Tax bill
  • Utility Bill
  • Identification Card
  • Immunization Record
